1. The Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of products, services, and websites operated by Brady Rock Limited ("Brady Rock", "we", "us", "our"), including bradyrock.com and our mobile and web applications (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use our Services. Specific services may have additional terms — those additional terms are incorporated by reference.

2. Using Our Products

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content through our Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from our products, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product.

3. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If we learn that a minor under the required age has created an account, we will delete it.

4. Your Content

"Content" means any data, text, files, or materials you upload, create, or store using our Services. You retain all ownership rights in your Content.

You grant Brady Rock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process your Content solely as needed to operate the Services for you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights in your Content and that your Content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.

5. Fees & Payment

Some Services are paid. Fees are described at the point of purchase or on our pricing page. We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.

Paid Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. If you cancel a subscription, you won't be charged again after the current billing period ends. We don't issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Termination

You can stop using our Services at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue a Service.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability, and governing law — will remain in effect.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brady Rock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Effective" date above. For material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
